Homes of the Month
As we start to see the first signs of spring, we’re shifting our focus away from the cosy vibes of winter towards all things fresh and rejuvenating. This month we’ve scoured our customer gallery to find five beautiful bathrooms that capture the essence of a seasonal reset.
From calming organic textures and minimalist marble to vibrant jewel tones and bold geometrics, these spaces are designed to wake up the senses. Whether it’s a spa-like sanctuary or a crisp, high-contrast retreat, this month's home picks prove that a little design bravery can breathe new life into your bathroom.
Mixing Patterns & Textures: A Small Bathroom with Big Character

Submitted by: bydesignermum
This bathroom exudes vintage charm, blending bold Victorian-inspired patterns with contemporary industrial elements, achieving a romantic yet sophisticated aesthetic. The combination of mixed sea blue tiles paired with soft neutrals and hints of natural textures creates a sanctuary that balances high-end style with a lived-in, organic feel.
The tiles take centre stage in this small bathroom. The patterned tiles provide a stunning geometric foundation that extends up the wall, drawing the eye upward and making the room feel more expansive. Whilst the Napoli Blue brick tiles used in the shower and as a splashback provide a bold contrast. These tiles reflect light with their glossy glaze and the mix of blue tones prevents the darker colour palette from feeling heavy.
The Claydon pedestal sink adds a touch of timeless elegance, while the black Crittall-style shower screen and matching matt black brassware ground the whole design with a modern edge.
Our Verdict
We absolutely love the brave mix of colour and pattern in such a small space. This bathroom renovation proves you don't need a massive space to be bold and make an impact. The bathroom feels curated and thoughtful with its blend of traditional and modern bathroom pieces, touches of greenery and natural accessories. It’s the perfect inspiration for those looking to move away from all-white and create a unique space full of character.
Luxury in Simplicity: A Modern Minimalist Bathroom

Submitted by: our_house_bathrooms
This next bathroom is a stunning example of ‘soft minimalism’, where clean lines meet luxurious and tactile finishes. This bathroom has a serene, spa-like atmosphere with its refined colour palette and variety of textures which create depth and interest. Creating a high-end, modern finish.
The room has been wrapped in luxury with the Dune white marble effect tiles which feature earthy veining that flows seamlessly from the walls to the floor. The organic, pebble shape of the Ivy mirror breaks up the straight lines of the tiling, adding a soft, sculptural element to the wall. Whilst the Soar wall hung vanity unit provides a beautiful tactile contrast with its vertical ribbed surface which is echoed through the complimentary Amien fluted shower screen. The reeded screen offers privacy whilst allowing light to dance through the space. The elegant look is tied together with brushed gold brassware, adding a regal warmth that elevates the entire design.
Our Verdict
We love the boutique hotel vibe this bathroom is giving. By layering ribbed glass, fluted cabinetry, and marble-effect tiles, this space feels timeless and trend-led. It’s the perfect example for anyone wanting a bright, airy bathroom that still feels rich in detail.
We also love the clever use of the Glimmer tiles within the shower niche, providing a hidden touch of sparkle.
High-Contrast Elegance: Sophisticated Monochrome Bathroom Design

Submitted by: premierplumbing15
This bathroom showcases the power of a timeless monochrome palette. By sticking to a black-and-white theme, this bathroom creates a sharp, high-contrast atmosphere that feels both clean and incredibly impactful. It is the perfect example of how to use traditional patterns in a way that feels fresh and modern.
The base to this bold look is the Vincent patterned floor tiles, which bring a sense of playful energy to the space with their intricate geometric design. Whilst the crisp white subway tiles balance the overall look, providing a clean backdrop that lets the darker elements of the design pop. The Ellis matt black vanity unit serves as a bold focal point, offering smooth handleless storage which is complimented perfectly by the black Zena basin tap and black Rayner heated towel rail, which adds function as well as a sculptural element to the wall.
Our Verdict
We love how this bathroom uses contrast to create a sense of order and style. It’s a sophisticated, "no-nonsense" approach to bathroom styling that feels architectural and premium. For anyone looking to create a bathroom that will never go out of style, this monochrome masterpiece is the ultimate inspiration
Timeless Calm Meets Bold Colour: A Stylish Bathroom with Personality

Submitted by: Boilersandbeyondltd
This stunning bathroom feels both grounded and exhilarating. By pairing soft sandy neutrals with a refreshing splash of deep teal the room has a serene atmosphere.
The Matterhorn wall tiles have a gentle natural stone aesthetic that provides a neutral backdrop, the perfect canvas for the Snowdon natural oak furniture, which adds warmth and a touch of organic styling to the bathroom.
The standout feature of this space is the shower enclosure, where the Lugano green tiles are laid vertically helping add a sense of space to the room. This bold color choice is grounded by the gunmetal finish of the Amien shower screen and Zena brassware.
Our Verdict
We think this bathroom is a beautiful example of how to inject personality into a large family bathroom. By mixing the organic oak with crisp, modern gunmetal fixtures, this space feels current yet wonderfully timeless. The vibrant shower enclosure creates a bold focal point that stops the neutral palette from feeling too safe.
Hotel-Style Luxury at Home: Bold Blue and Glossy Finishes

Our final home of the month has a glamorous yet fresh atmosphere, using high gloss finishes and deep, dramatic colours. The layering of surfaces and finishes in this bathroom creates a high-end designer look.
The focal point of this room is undoubtedly the Stockton blue porcelain tiles. These large-format gloss tiles have incredible depth, with veining that creates a sense of movement across the walls. The surrounding pearl Summerville tiles on the walls and floor provide a bold contrast.
The textural interest continues with the Wish blue fluted vanity unit and coordinating tall storage unit adding a contemporary and tactile element to the room. Classic chrome brassware compliments the cool tone of the room whilst adding a modern shine to the space. The Jarrow LED mirror completes the bathroom, casting an ultra-modern cool glow.
Our Verdict
We love how the blue ribbed furniture and blue marble tiles create a cohesive, well-thought-out aesthetic and the dark colours feel luxurious rather than enclosed. This bathroom is a great example of a ‘more is more’ approach, bringing a hotel-style to the home.
