Position: Manager at our bathroom and tile showroom in Bracknell.

1. How long have you worked at Easy Bathrooms? 

It has been 18 months and I am enjoying every minute of it!

2. Tell us a bit more about your day-to-day role? 

Every day is very different, whether it involves dealing with traders or retail customers. I assist them with choosing new bathroom products, or help design a whole new bathroom. 

With Easy Bathrooms expanding quickly, I have also been helping set up the new showrooms and train new staff.

3. What’s the favourite part of your position? 

My favourite part is advising customers who come into the showroom, who initially don't know what they want and then assisting them with visualising and designing their perfect bathroom. There’s no better feeling than seeing the end result and having a happy customer.

4. Do you have a biggest achievement in work? 

Being promoted to manager of the Basingstoke showroom and then being asked to be manager of the company's south flagship showroom in Bracknell.

5. Your favourite bathroom trend of 2019?

The modern black and white look, incorporating all the new black brassware and accessories - especially the new matte black Taylor Penta shower enclosure.

6. Describe your home style

Contemporary.

7. What advice would you give to someone renovating their bathroom?

Once our team has designed the customer's bathroom, it is important to make sure they check with their fitter that everything will fit as they want it to.

A well designed, beautiful renovated bathroom will definitely add value to your house, so it’s worth doing!

8. What one word would your colleagues use to describe you?

Professional.

9. When you’re not at work, what would we catch you doing?

Usually on the golf course!
